Job Overview

We are hiring for a highly skilled Paid Social Specialist to lead a book of accounts. Seeking a hyper-analytical mind-set to identify patterns and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google/Bing PPC. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, results-oriented professional with deep expertise in strategic planning, audience targeting and segmentation, conversion optimization, A/B Testing, advanced tracking utilization, and ROI analysis.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimize high-performing paid social media campaigns to drive conversions and revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough persona analysis, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
  • Create, test, and iterate ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Implement bid strategies, A/B testing, and conversion tracking to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, bids, and strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest algorithm changes, trends, and ad platform updates to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Manage ad spend effectively, ensuring campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
  • Work collaboratively with creative teams, designers, and content strategists to develop engaging ad assets.
  • Provide detailed reporting and analysis on KPIs, making data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Explore and test new advertising channels (e.g., Reddit Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat) for potential opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns with proven success. .
  • Expertise in Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and PPC. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking. 
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, attribution modeling, and funnel optimization. 
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), and other reporting tools. 
  • Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and dynamic ad strategies. 
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and experience working with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage). 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
