We do not hire based on a checklist. We hire based on how well-positioned and aligned someone is with us – the way they think, the way they move, and whether they can connect their work to outcomes that matter.
That means full-time hires and internship hires go through the same lens. If a candidate applies for an internship but is genuinely ready for full-time, we will say so. If a full-time applicant would be better served by an internship season first, we wil say that too. We do not let winners slip by.
